Shipping policy

Due to Covid our processing times may be longer than usual. All orders will be shipped out within 7-10 business days with the exception of a pre-order event or holidays. We ship using standard shipping which can range from 3-5 business days depending on location. Please note there have been delays with shipping carriers due to Covid-19. 

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

If a package is returned to BSERENE due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the  customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Bserene is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, We will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. However, if a package is lost in transition we will work with you to retrieve your package or refund.
